I've said all along that it appeared we got complacent during halftime of the Ark game. Basically when we had a bowl game wrapped up.

Maybe losing that the way we did was the best thing to happen to this team

Who are you? So much for hospitality.

If this team is good, they will play well, when expected to play well. If they are not as good as advertised, they will be exposed.

Sometimes coaching is the difference, and sometimes the talent level makes a difference. Players who have played in big games in high school or in the SEC seem to be able to handle the pressure.

The Rebels did a good job of showing up last season except for Bama, where kicking field goals might have helped. And the end of the season when injuries exposed us to a good offense and fate did us no favors in Starkville.
