If by change of pace you mean housing it 8-10 times this year from 40 yards out and greater I agree.

I don't know if you guys watched the JWill video put out by the RSN but he said that Jared Cornelius would have the biggest impact on the offense of the new guys.

He's also a freshman wearing #1, Bielema said he never let's freshmen wear the 1 but he made an exception for Cornelius because he's so good.

The top 3 RBs catching passes and turning upfield

And a pic of Demetrius Wilson...why not?

Day 2 updates from 247:

Chaney said it's been a good two days of installation. They're going to put in some more for the newcomers tomorrow. He mentions Cornelius, Duwop, Demetrius and Cody as guys at WR playing well.

Chaney said the four new offensive linemen look athletic. Will know more about them though when they put on pads.

Chaney said both Austin Allen and Rafe Peavey had good summers throwing the football.

Joel Thomas said Tyler Colquitt is legit candidate at FB

Chaney said Cody Hollister, Jared Cornelius and Duwop have looked good at WR

The second team OL right now is Austin Beck, LT, Cameron Jefferson LG, Frank Ragnow C, Sebastian Tretola RG and Grady Ollison RT. He said Brian Wallace is third team RT right now. First team is same as spring.

Brandon Allen says his biggest adjustment this year has been to be more of a vocal leader

Keon Hatcher said the whole world is sleeping on this team. But he said he understands you are only as good as your last season. So what are they supposed to think? But he said we know what is coming.

Alex said that Kody Walker, Tyler Colquitt and Patrick Arinze have impressed him at FB

He said BA is a much better leader this spring.

Alex told me he is putting his problems he had in past and moving on and learning from them to make himself a better player

BA said he would drive the big Linemen down Cleveland Hill. they would walk up it, then he would drive them back down and they kept repeating that. What a cheater he is haha

Hunter Henry said they are going to spread the ball around in this offense but he thinks he can be a good asset.

I absolutely love that kids film. Excellent route running and hands. Most impressive WR commit we've had on tape since Wade IMO.

I envision him being our first team guy in the slot this year.

Dalton Pearson from 247:

- Wide receivers coach Michael Smith said that Keon Hatcher is starting at flanker, Demetrius Wilson at split end, and Jared Cornelius at slot. Drew Morgan is also getting some reps at slot. The second group at split end involves Cody Hollister, Drew Morgan, Jared Cornelius, and Duwop.

- Keon Hatcher has had no drops through two days of practices. Smith is very pleased with his performance thus far, calling him a leader of the group. Keon had a great summer and believes that it's his time. He said that they're trying to get Hatcher to relax and just focus on doing what he can do. He told Keon that he's not a 4.2-forty guy so not to try and be one.

- As for Kendrick Edwards and JoJo Robinson, they're force feeding those guys and thrusting them into situations to see how they do. Smith said they're both still "babies" but they've got some time to figure things out, and that they have done some good things thus far.

- Duwop has embraced the move to wide receiver now, according to Smith. The coach said he really sold the former QB on Chis Harper - a guy he coached at Kansas State who went through the same change out to Wide Receiver. Harper was a fourth round draft pick in 2013 and is now with the Green Bay Packers.

- Joel Thomas said it's really nice to have three legitimate starters, and Kody Walker could come in and play if they were in a pinch. That creates competition which is good.

- Someone asked if Alex Collins is being humble, and Thomas said "He's pretty humble. We do a good job of keeping guys humble around here."

- Kody Walker is running with the ones at fullback. Tyler Colquitt is currently second team with Patrick Arinze also getting some reps.

- Keon said he told himself this summer that he had to "get it" and that he had to be a leader of this team and stay consistent. He said the wide receivers will go as far as he goes.

- The wide receivers are a lot further along this year than at this point a year ago. Keon said that if they're not getting better then they're getting worse. He also feels that they've also got some depth at wide receiver this year that should benefit the program.

- Alex Collins said that he put himself in the mindset last year that he would be ready to do whatever they needed him to do. He said it was kind of a surprise that he got all those carries last year, but he was prepared to do whatever he needed them to do. Collins repeated that the depth at RB is great for competition and that all the guys are pushing each other.

- Collins said he's improved the most on his patience and power. He wants to be more of a power and downfield back this year, he said. He's currently sitting at 218-pounds and feels comfortable at that weight.

Could definitely see the mass they put on Collins in those shirtless pics of him. We all complained about how easy he was to tackle last year. With that added mass he should be able to pound better and not be as easy to tackle.

I just got a feeling Smothers will be the odd man out. I expect Jefferson to win the LG job and Frank to challenge Charp for starting C job
