I can't afford no tickets in 217 on a church salary

Mateos tweeted that pic out earlier tonight. Evidently the front of the book is a pic of the 64 team, and then everything is made to look like it did in 64.

KM hitting that whole was awesome, but what was even more awesome was the OL blowing up the interior lineman on that play.

Who were the LBrs in on that play? They got crispy fried.

Yeah the MLB ran into the back of a defensive lineman. But the OL did a nice job and KM hit the hole at full speed. Hopefully we see some of that against SEC opponents.

edit: and yeah it did look just like a Dmac run.

No kidding. Looks like the line was playing a 4-3 Over front. I can't see numbers on the backers because the video is too grainy, but the pulling guard (Charpentier) did a fantastic job, and the Mike just ran right into the guy who was getting blocked by the pulling guard.

Both Arinze and Voelzke on the back side did a great job of blocking on that play -- even though the play didn't come to their side -- and that would've been an easy first down run if Marshall had gone right.

ETA -- added in names to identify the G, FB and TE per Chesh's post.

FB was Arinze and the TE was Voelzke. I'm fairly certain that the pulling G was Charpentier.

Notes from 247 today. Pretty slim pickings.

##Robb said that Auburn presents a lot of problems including having great athletes. fast paced offense. Can't sub til they sub, but said you just have to be ready to play and do your assignment

##Duwop is the scout team QB doing Auburn's scheme

##Brooks also came in and is ready to go. fully healthy

##RObb said if he has play Liddell and some freshmen fully confident in them

##JaMichael Said he was able to take advantage of Deatrich's injury and try to make the most of it

##TQ said this is the type game where he may make a big impact in a nickel situation. Robb Smith said same thing.

Ark defensive guys said Duwop Mitchell has done a great job simulating the Aub QBs in prep

Robbie Neiswanger @NWARobbie
Duwop Mitchell is back at QB. Sort of. The WR is simulating Auburn's QBs in practice. DE JaMichael Winston: "Duwop gives us a great look."

LB Brooks Ellis (kneecap) is confident he'll be 100 percent for Auburn. "It’s just a little sore after practice, that’s about it."

They have been keeping the secret plan locked up like Bush's Baked Beans recipe.

I'll let you in on it. See ball. Tackle ball.

That's what they mean by simplifying the defense.

Mike Waddell's replacement is the Sr Assoc. AD from da U. From the looks of his twitter, he's as active as Waddell was in responding to fans. That must have been high on Long's priority list. I'm impressed.
