Any info or tidbits on Big Jeb are appreciated.
Here's the Senators take on it with a link to an Emerson article.

Lo is looking like a Floyd clone. Hopefully he can contribute early.

Character issues will not be an issue with him. He has a very good head on his shoulders and knows how to work hard on the field and in the classroom. Notice how he said he will be spending "his next four years at Georgia" when he made his commitment? I'm no recruiting insider by any means but I do know someone who was very hands on with him at Norcross. Take it for what it's worth, I know I'm the town drunk but I'm also not going to run my mouth about something I don't have good info about like Swin.

Beat me to it Kimsey. I thought Floyd had changed #.

Going to a more spread look this year, having a quality H back is a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses

I compiled the goodies from the practice reports:
Defense:
Offense:
Sounds like the secondary is being coached up. I thought the starting line was interesting. Sounds like JSW might just miraculously get better after his suspension is over.
Defense:
quote:
At one point, defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt was not too pleased with a play freshman Dominick Sanders made, and absolutely ripped into him. Tough love, kid. Tough love.
quote:
One item that may or may not be of note is that the defense did not work a single drill today that involved a football.
quote:
Freshman defensive back Malkom Parrish also had some trouble in his first practice, making mistakes on back-to-back plays. First, Parrish attacked toward a runner on an outside sweep play and was knocked to the ground by blocking wide receiver Michael Bennett. On the next down trying to redeem himself, Parrish fell for a double move executed by senior wide receiver Jonathon Rumph and was called for pass interference.
Offense:
quote:
Noteable on the offensive line was true freshman Isaiah Wynn. He ,ay make a push for some playing time this fall.
quote:
The most frequently used combination of starting offensive linemen included senior Mark Beard at left tackle, senior Kolton Houston at left guard, senior David Andrews at center, sophomore Greg Pyke at right guard and junior John Theus at right tackle.
quote:
Despite the seemingly doom-and-gloom report Richt gave on Justin Scott-Wesley earlier today, he was participating with a red jersey (meaning full-go) and running at what appeared to be full speed.
quote:
You know about Chris Conley and Michael Bennett as receivers. But their downfield blocking ability is underrated, as was evident during a pass-skel drill, when the receivers block defensive backs. Conley gave Fenteng a bit of a "welcome to the SEC" moment during that drill.
Sounds like the secondary is being coached up. I thought the starting line was interesting. Sounds like JSW might just miraculously get better after his suspension is over.

As long as everyone stays healthy Bobo would be crazy to not find a way to get more of these guys on the field at the same time. Good for him.
I mean...Gurley, Marshall, Douglas, Chubb, Sony, Quayvon, Jeb.....hand offs, pitches, misdirection....dumping off in the flat...how many combos can you think of?
Good lord.

I have to admit that Bobo has really grown in the last few years as a coordinator.
