Amway is a joke... read the book "Merchants of Deception"... guy gets up to Emerald Level in Amway and uncovers the entire scam behind it.
The "Diamonds" in Amway make all of their money off of speaking fees, and getting a big cut of all the audio tape sales and ticket/hotel room/travel accomidation sales to their big conventions. The guy in the book uncovered this operation and got death threats, tried to bring legal charges but Amway is so knee deep in politics/justice system that there were ADAs/AGs that refused to take the case because they were friends of the DeVos or Yager Family.
