The campus isn't bad or anything but it is tucked away in the corner of nowhere, SC. Nothing around it for miles. I just don't think there is any way they can pluck away top talent from other states such as FL to go to that little isolated town without some extra help.
Again, I'm sure we're all in the same boat but damn.
If I'm not mistaken one recruit a couple years ago chose not to go to Clemson because they don't have a Chick-fil-A yet.

That is what is so funny about the whole thing. As an Auburn fan I hear that often. However, if I actually spend time talking to the "accusing" fan, they will invariably state that they think "everyone does it".
Same goes with conferences. All of the other conferences (non-SEC) want to state how corrupt the SEC is, yet EVERY SINGLE ONE of them do the same things they accuse the SEC schools of doing. SEC fans are no better. Again, that is what makes it so humorous.

You would laugh until you had a stroke listening to the Big 10 fans up here. They honestly, truly believe that all their schools are pure as the driven snow, academically minded, and do things "the right way" while the SEC is just a semi pro league. Where it gets interesting is if you point out that more of the Big Ten premier teams are currently on probation than SEC premier teams. Then it becomes a corrupt/incompetent NCAA so that their delusion can stand.

No, but Auburn fans seem to be some of the worst about getting super defensive if anyone suggests they cheat. Alabama and most SEC fanbases let the accusations roll off their back because they don't feel the need to defend the pristine virginal virtue of their school the way a lot of Auburn fans do. You can't even suggest Auburn bends the rules like everyone else without the NTY Foundation writing an editorial explaining why Auburn is above cheating. You don't see that from other SEC schools.
