Just because you throw out some quotation marks and try to explain them away (and coincidentally leave out the academic fraud) doesn't mean it didn't happen.

After the 2013 recruiting cycle, I dont see how there is any doubt that Ole Miss isnt on the straight and narrow.

I applaud them for it too. You gotta do what you gotta do.

When have I not taken you at your word? Like I said, I couldn't give less than two shits about Ole Miss. We haven't played you guys in like forty years. Nyles Morgan would be like a case of a kid from Meridian or Batesville going to Cal or Washington instead of Ole Miss.

And yet you still won't name names and situations and methods. I really want to hear this.

If your prestige and tradition was so overwhelming to Morgan why was he projected to go anywhere but ND from Feb to Sep of last year? What changed?

This question which I've asked multiple times. All you've said is "our guys were always confident" and they weren't not even the slightest until October everyone starts predicting ND. What caused the abrupt shift? What caused his mother to stop talking to us and Vandy? Your school is better than ours but better than Vandy??? Yeah I'm sure it was just academics.

You can Yiddish the shite out of your quandary, but you still haven't answered the question - what is the specific allegation against Tony Driver? Who, what, where, when, and how?

I legitimately don't know what ND sites you were reading because the good ones (ND Nation, Irish Sports Daily, and Blue Gray Sky forum) were all pretty confident that we had a good shot during the entire process, going back to summer camps in 2013. Were you reading the Scout and Rivals forums? Those are mostly shite, if you were. We aren't better than Vandy academically (actually rated exactly equal for like a decade running), but the combination of football and academics is hard to beat. If you were a logical person, would you pass up a scholarship to Stanford if you received one?

You mean the money that anyone who knew him well enough saw upon his commitment to Notre Dame?

Of course, he did have a "guardian" just so he could be at Male High School to begin with. So it's not like he wasn't used to the extra treatment just so he could play ball.

And naturally, when he got injured the trumped up excuse of his girlfriend in his dorm room was used to make sure Notre Dame could open up another scholly.

But hey, you boys do it the right way right?

No of course I wouldn't but that isn't the point. The 247 guys were conceding him early because of his relationship with Treadwell. He unofficialed multiple times to Nashville and Oxford. Him and his dad showed up to the Vandy/OM game in OM gear. So what changed? Like I said the official word was his mother was concerned about academics but like you just said you're basically the same as Vanderbilt and most analysts agreed it was down to the two of us so really there's only one logical conclusion.

So you still won't name names and call people out? I know most anyone you would dare to name, so please do it. I am genuinely interested to hear this.

I was actually put on disciplinary probation for the exact same thing, so try again. ND don't play around with parietals (the violations for which he was cited). It is why we had a mass exodus of players from living on campus in the late 1990's and early 2000's. You need to understand the university at better than arm's length - which you clearly do not - to figure out what is going on here. It's also why Kadous was kicked off the team, Watters was suspeneded, and so on and so on.

There's a big jump from disciplinary probation and dumping a kid from the team coincidentally after he injured his shoulder. Like I said, Notre Dame was just wanting to make scholarship room and was finding any excuse to do so.
