I've heard nothing either about the scrimmage. Usually at least one person getting reports but have seen nothing at all. Not even a press conference with Mullen asking him how it went...

I think they just had so much sweg and juice oozing that moffan is keeping it under wraps so the hype will go down.

Talked to someone who went to your scrimmage.. He said defense was way ahead of offense ... Jameon Lewis will be all SEC 1st teamer ... Morrow and/or Wilson have to step up and be explosive second/third option for Dak in order for the offense to turn the corner... Said defense will be better than last year and will finish in top 4 in the conference... McKinney will be playing preseason NFL football this time next season... Really really deep across entire Dline... Said offensive backfield is deep and season really hinges on the Oline... He didn't like what he saw out of them.. Said kicking game looked shaky.

I'd suspect our defense almost always looks ahead of our offense in scrimmages since the QBs are not live. Take away Dak's threat to run and we become pretty pedestrian in a hurry in the Russellfense...

I watched us in the spring in one of the scrimmages and in the spring game. In the scrimmage, when we had the 1st team D together, it was hard for the offense to generate anything. As the day went on, and we started subbing, the offense looked much better. In the spring game when the players were split evenly, the offenses dominated.
