only reason Godchaux got arrested is because he threw the firecrackers into Trey Ls apartment and it caught his couch on fire

A bicycle stolen (and the situation handled) a month ago ago.. and a kid throwing a firecracker into his FRIENDS apartment..

It's not like this is Upshaw choking out his girlfriend, Tennessee plunger rape, or armed robbery.

The Trey L thing is a little more serious, but the fireworks are great.

Illinois, Iowa, Vermont, and Ohio.

ETA: Certain counties might have bans that the state doesn't follow.

Certain towns and CDPs definitely have ordinances as well. The town I grew up in in TX didn't allow them but you just went the next town over to buy them, and it was loosely enforced.

The Baton Rouge Police Department is reminding residents in Baton Rouge and across East Baton Rouge Parish that fireworks are illegal, and will be confiscated if found. Violators of the rule could face criminal charges.

But it's not like anyone ever enforces this, just wanted to correct you. It's the reason you see tons of firework stands the second you cross Bayou Manchac going towards Prarieville
