It will be hard for Kiffin to frick things up with the skilled talent he has barring a catastrophe at qb.

Didnt he have a scandal? His fault.

He had the scandal just before the 1999 season when he won the SEC. Going 3-8 in the 2000 season (after being pre-season #3) is what got him fired. If he had (by some miracle) kept winning, he would still be there.

Ray Charles wouldn't have hired him in the first place.

Freep I told you all on the old board that one Tuberville loss to Bama and he was toast, and you all scoffed and poked fun.
Actually,we scoffed and made fun of you for a lot of things. But I won't embarrass you on tRant for some of the ridiculous nonsense you posted elsewhere, because that wouldn't be sporting.

Turns out I was dead right. But none of you were around by then you had all scurried back into the ITAT woodwork just like Cockroaches running from Raid, once again like I said you would.
Predictably, you seem to have forgotten that I abandoned ITAT as well as the Yuku forums right after Saban was hired in January of '07, because I knew that there was an very good chance that he would return Bama to Bryant-levels of gridiron greatness, and I wasn't interested in hearing the Tuberville apologists trying to blame it on the REC.

As for you being "dead right", considering that you predicted AU fans would turn on Tubs every single year, it's understandable that eventually you would get it right, just as every school's fanbase turns on an HC who fails to perform up to expectations...for example, every single HC at Bama in the past 30 years, with the possible exception of Stallings (who left the program suffering under NCAA sanctions). And claiming that Tubs was fired for his "one Bama loss" in '08 is tantamount to saying that Shula was fired for losing the '06 Iron Bowl. The game may have been the final nail, but the coffin was already shut.

I will give the LSU people here credit. They might be crazy and even obnoxious some of the time, but cowards they are not, unlike a certain bunch you were a example of.
Give them time, I'm sure as they get to know you better you'll have the same effect on them as you have on us Barners. Maybe it would help if you started posting as "anticoonass"...

That ought to piss him off...

Dude. You ought to know by now that nothing an anonymous message board poster could type up would ever piss me off. In the overall scheme of things, it's just another way of wasting time and avoiding work.

was Gus helping Chiz run your defense in 2004 when you were undefeated and then helping Chiz run Texas' defense in 2005 when they were national champs?
Obviously not, since he was still coaching highschool in Arkansas back then.

But seeing as how AU had the #7 total offense in 2010, and the #60 total defense, which aspect of the game do you think contributed more to us getting to the BCSCG?

Don't be dumb...unless he does something that causes him legal trouble, he won't be fired.

you're not familiar with how some offenses are the enemy to the same team's defense are you..

Uhhh, seeing as how I've seen four seasons of HUNH now, I'd say I'm probably more familiar with it than you are.

So you're saying that if we'd had, say, the #60 offense and the #7 defense in 2010 we would have still made it to the BCSCG? How about splitting the difference, say #33 offense and #37 defense?

BTW, when do you think Chiz will be hired as an HC again? Or a DC, since that was his speciality?
