Probably a second team DE or OLB (position is in flux). He would have played some in the first two games, but it doesn't screw us that much. I'm assuming he'll have a 2 game suspension for DUI

He is Jenkins' backup (per Weiszer) so he probably would have gotten some playing time. Standard punishment is two games. If he doesnt have any other strikes against him behind the curtain, he'll miss those and get some experience in garbage time this season and has a good shot at being a starter next year.

Yea because if you get arrested twice or if two guys get arrested for the same conduct, you know, they just cancel each other out. Transitive property and all.
