Yeah getting caught with weed (worst thing he's done as far as I know) is a several steps away from armed robbery. I would think he would be banned from anything A&M.

A good chunk of these kids come with some issues. A majority of those take advantage of the opportunity given and never get into trouble. It's pretty difficult to predict which ones will eventually get into trouble if there's no prior criminal history. As long as a coach isn't creating an environment that condones such actions, it's pretty hard to place blame on him. At that point, it's more about how the coach handles the situation and than it is about the fact that a situation developed in the first place.

There's no logical way to put any of this offseason's nonsense on Sumlin. There just isn't. Unless a kid has a prior criminal record (and I may be wrong but as far as I know none of our meatheads do), what is he supposed to do? Psych evaluations? PI's to follow them around?

Oh we have our asshats too but thanks. 
For every DGB, there are tons more L'Damian Washington's. Both with some heart crushing child hoods. One that couldn't stay away from trouble. The other, as far as I'm aware, never even sniffed trouble.
