This is 100% accurate.

It's going to get worse before it gets better.

Hopefully they can run the table in the B1G and get Bama on the front side of the playoff...

When did Oklahoma join the B1G? I must have missed something.

Let's everyone slow down with the improper usage of the adjective "cocky" ... it's been getting crazy around here lately.

BGB is just being a douche, same old douche he's always been. And you know, it's not so much his words as his delivery.

When Spurrier trolls he does it with class and aplomb. When Stoops does it, and let's not forget who taught Stoops ... but when Stoops does it he does it like he is attacking someone, throwing-down the gauntlet and slapping you in the face with the glove.

Bama losing to the sooners in that bowl could not have happened at a worse time. It's turned Stoops into a complete madman.

I know it's not going to happen but please oh please let the Vols kick that Okie arse this September.

I'll admit he did nail A&M, they are using the MS school formula for making bowl games.

Yup, those OOC games + guaranteed Arkie cakewalk will pretty much already have us in a bowl game, year after year. Not a bad deal.

All of you must not have learned your lesson with Oregon-Tennessee last year Tennessee isn't beating Oklahoma

Nobody in their right mind thought we'd stand a chance against Oregon. The fact is, we match up with okie much better than we did with Oregon last year, but I still don't think we'll win. We did, however, beat a team that finished 5 spots ahead of Oregon in the AP last year. Hmm...who was that again?

In.

But it doesn't change the fact he's still a horrible bowl game coach and just so happened to be better prepared and executed better than we did. This is what.....1 out of 6-7 bowl games he's won, the others being losses and 3 of those being national championships.

Only coach to win all four BCS bowls and a national championship. So there's that

So has LSU.

We have beaten Oregon, WVU, A$M and others...

Patterson won 4 games total last year. Did they rank him in front of Spurrier as well?
Coaches are starting to see some holes in Saban's process. Accountablity and hypocrisy. He and Firelane Kiffin should have an everlasting friendship.
He sure knows how to hold everyone else accountable. Absolute power rarely ends well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just a few here; enough to appreciate your own coach.

"It was a consolation game against Okla?" what an excuse wow.

'I made mistakes in the Auburn and Okla games, but if the players wouldve executed correctly they wouldnt have been mistakes?' WTF

" The game shouldnt have ended this way." No shite coach I wonder why it did?

I never spoke with Texas.....so i didnt have any interest in the job obviously. Wow bald face.

I am not leaving LSU to coach the Dolphins. Pls dont offer Steve Spurrier the job. repeatedly .... knowing full well

I am not leaving the Dolphins for the Alabama job......... repeatedly, knowing full well

Im the only coach that thinks we should play a 9 game SEC schedule out of 14 coaches, who are wrong. People above the coaches should make this decision.

Which is the tougher schedule?

quote:

@ South Carolina
Lamar
Rice
@ SMU
Arkansas in Dallas
@MSU
Ole Miss
@ Bama
LA Monroe
@Auburn
Missou
LSU

or

quote:

LA Tech
@ Tulsa
Tennessee
@ West Virginia
@ TCU
Texas in Dallas
Kansas State
@ Iowa State
Baylor
@ Texas Tech
Kansas

They got Tulsa, Tenn, and LA Tech. That's worse than our nonconf opponents. It's really amazing that Stoops would talk shite about scheduling to A&M. A&M's schedule is much, much harder than OU's schedule.

A&M SOS in 12 & 13 was 3rd in the nation.

We have Arizona State, UCLA, & Oregon on the schedule in '15-'19.

I think our schedule is just fine.

you have fast linebackers and linemen that can get a push up front. if you stop these offenses on 1st down, you're golden. they become dangerous when they gain 5+ yards every time on 1st down. if you force them into obvious passing downs, they can't do what they want to do. also, you grind them out on offense so their offense stays off the field. if you can sustain 10+ play drives on those teams, they're not going to wear you out offensively with their pace of play. i think what auburn and lsu did to oregon was a perfect example of how to shut those type teams down. saban only struggles because of the types of players he recruits on defense. we'll see if he adapts accordingly

OU tries to schedule tough non conf opponents (ND, Florida state, Ohio State in 2 years). Unfortunately not all of them can be good the years we play them (Tennessee)
