Came into a thread about auburn's coach posted by an auburn fan then got your feathers ruffled when auburn fans like auburn's coach.

Nice.

That's good because you'll wanna be leaving Tuscaloosa as fast as you can after a loss that may put you out of the playoff.

It's amazing how the sides have flipped on who is calling who the coach for that team.

So far in Gus Malzahn's career, high-school and college, every team he has coached for (no matter what position) has eventually played for a title of some sort.

You seem to have a knack in ascribing the success of that AU team to Malzhan while giving no credit to Gene.

gus has made some somewhat average to below average coaches look good... houston nutt, todd graham, and gene chizik... some of their best years were with GM as OC. I don't think it's a coincidence.

It's funny how the SECRant wanted to give Gus Malzahn ALL the credit and Gene Chizik NONE of the credit from 2009-2011, and now it's the other way around... Truly hysterical stuff there.

His last season in Springdale, he mercy ruled every team he played but one.

Even mercy ruled Jenks, Oklahoma and Evangel Christian, Shreveport.

He missed the mercy rule in the State Championship by 1 point.

Springdale was #1 in one poll and #2 in the other poll to South Lake Carroll. SLC's Coach contacted Malzahn about getting a "National Championship" game together, Malzahn said no thanks. Many around here think it's good that he did.
