We may want to break this into two lists: one with embarrassing actions directly related to team like OP defined and another with just general life fails where the team is brought into the situation. For example the passed out heroin teacher saying role tide whilst being arrested is pretty good, but not directly related like Updyke or the other killings following a game.

Seems like people avoid this topic around here. What's the rules regarding that topic? Are people being generally decent and avoiding it? Though not fitting the OPs definition it has definetly been noticed accross the country and some Big 10 and PAC 12 clients brought it up.
