The discipline issues were getting to him too. No one remembers this but a kid he kicked off the team ended up dead and he thought he could save the rest after that.
I just think he needed a break. Foley should have actually not let him come back after the first quit. That started the down turn.

I hear ya, but man he had something going there. He's my second favorite coach in college football. Hate seeing a coach of that caliber leave the conference.

East is for the taking for sure. As is the west imo. As much as I hate to say it, Auburn should be the favorite in the west.

The talent is there for a 12-0 season. That is how much talent UF has.
The offense MUST come around this season. Another year of BS on offense, and Muschamp is gone IMO regardless of the record.
You can't keep putting the defense in must stop situations. At some point they are gonna break down, and last year it collapsed because of it.

Driskel didn't screw up against LSU 2 years ago. Also, LSU's new QB will be in the Swamp.
Mett had a nightmare game in the Swamp 2 years ago.
I'm not guaranteeing a UF win over LSU, but I'd give them a pretty good chance.

Offense. We are still missing playmakers. Proven playmakers.
No one would trade us for many of our offensive players. That's the missing piece.
