Why would they call a team meeting to kick him off? That would embarrass him beyond measure (and I'm willing to bet he wouldn't be the only player crying), and likely rub some players the wrong way... If that was my teammate and that happened, I would definitely be rubbed the wrong way.

Mincy got up as well to address the team and said that he was sorry and would accept whatever punishment he was given. Also let's just say Nick got lucky with some different matters of that traffic stop and Mincy's situation has a lot more to it than people realize (positive) from what I'm hearing.
