The more I think about it and seeing the policy I don't think he will be suspended. I don't see why they would count something from 2 schools and 2+ years ago as a 1st offense.

There's not much I can say without incriminating myself, but if you're concerned about college athletes smoking and drinking then you might as well quit following college athletics. The same goes for guys that go pro too.

There's no decision to make. You follow the guidelines that are in the framework of the Auburn athletics drug policy, no exceptions. For a first offense that involves: attending counseling, being tested regularly, and no loss of playing time unless one of those contingencies is violated. Done.
