Have a friend that saw him in Auburn yesterday around 6:30pm so unless he was arrested early afternoon I don't believe it

Why do they have to keep the weed in the car? Can't they leave it at home or make someone else carry it in a separate car?!!!? HOW HARD IS THAT

Especially if you are NM in GA. You know the cops there would love to put that out in the media.

According to Chief Lonnie Holder of Reynolds police, former Wilcox standout and current Auburn starting quarterback Nick Marshall was pulled over at 1:19 Friday afternoon. He was driving east on Georgia Highway 96 on the east side of Reynolds.

He was cited for a window tint violation and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana which is a violation of a city ordinance.

He was not arrested.

He needs to stay as far away from home as possible...

So I'm guessing being cited is slightly better than being arrested?

I think Gus will make him sit at least half of the opener. Thankfully we play Arky

But the media won't report that he was "cited" the headline will be, "Former UGA Player, Current Auburn QB Arrested"

Also, we can know blame the weed when people say they don't understand what he's saying

Bingo. It's really not that difficult.

I agree. It's the only reason I don't partake.
But still....
