Lets wait at least one season before you start stealing titles. There is no real arguement that LSU hasnt produced the best DB's in the SEC at least for the last 5 or so years.

I was clearly kidding. Although, I do(for the first time ever) think Ole Miss can have the best DBackfield in the SEC. Will they? Probably not with how fast our offense is, but we definitely have the talent...especially if Tee Shepard turns out to be a baller like expected.

This is may true but with 50 days to kickoff, on paper, LSU has the best with little question.

Vernon Hargreaves is so good that it doesn't matter who he lines up with, they're automatically the best CB tandem in the league.

Free agent means he isn't on a team... That isn't active NFL.

who?

A First team All-American. Something LSU lacks on their roster this year...and by lacks, I mean, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd team.

And im4LSU pls. You know Golson very well and Jones converted from WR to CB just to play LSU because we were down to our 3rd string CBs. Jones shut OB3 and Landry down.

Oh, and for your entertainment...Tony Conner was 1st team Freshman All-American. Guess who didn't make Freshman All-American? Ya boy RR.

Don't be an idiot.

You wanna compare starters and pro-bowlers? How about Franchise Players?

LSU has a great DB tradition, but SCAR is right there little dick. You probably wear a big belt buckle and a toupee and drive a fancy sports car too huh?

Get a life.

With our two being soph as well, they will be around till tolliver and x lewis get the ball rolling. We will continue to put starting DB's into the NFL for many years to come.

Gimme a break. He's a former pro-bowler who is shopping his options right now. He'll be signing with someone in the next couple of weeks.

Sheeesh ... lulz.

I omitted the ones not coming back or retiring.

No, I understand what you're saying. It's tough to say Jones shut them down because they both had great games, but Jones played out of his mind while on the field. Obviously, in his first ever college game and fielding a new/opposite side of the field position, he didn't play 90-100% of the snaps. He really did play tight coverage D on those two and made some great plays. Like you, not trying to take away from Landy/OB3's game, but the stats kind of lie when it comes to Jones' game.
