I had to see him play last year to be convinced he was the real deal, after all, HS careers don't always pan out to the college game, but seeing is believing.
It's not like Mizzou has a history of struggling to find a good QB though. Behind Mauk is a veteran with game experience, (Berkstresser) young gun Printz, and the incredible Marvin Zanders, who may or may not play QB.

Mauk got some nice stats against UK & Tennessee but won't even be the best QB in an SEC town named Columbia, let alone the conference.

While I was impressed with Mauk last season, I can help but wonder about his supporting cast this season.
