Yep, they had a DT Rika Levi that was overvalued by 24/7, but the composite had him as a mid level three star. Payton Hendrix was their highest rated player and he was only an 88 3*.

That's crazy. I would have thought that Ryan Gosling would be killing it in recruiting.

I know, looks like Tuberville was a much better recruiter. They had a good class in 2011, but a lot of the players that made it a highly rated class are now gone.

Been watching replays of Texas Tech games the past few days, and I honestly think we could rush for over 300 yards in this game. Their run defense was terrible last year and they lost both starting DTs.

I'm currently watching their game against K State and while Tech's offense does look pretty scary, their defense is so bad that it may not matter. If we control the clock then we can keep Webb and that quick passing game on the bench.

Their rushing offense is almost non existent, and it bites them in the arse when they get in the red zone sometimes. Their receivers are fast but small, and with the loss of Amaro they don't have a big drive sustaining receiver.

Battle was the Lady Raiders’ leading scorer last season, averaging 16.4 points per game. She also averaged a team-high 7.4 rebounds. She’s a 5 foot, 9 inch guard from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has one year of eligibility remaining.

Bethel is a 5-9 cornerback from Miami, Florida, Booker T. Washington High School. He signed with Tech in February and is one of the team’s more highly regarded freshmen.

I can only assume she was schooling him and talking crazy trash and throwing elbows taking liberties that she might should have been confident enough to take, and she got street checked.

Nigel Bethel has been dismissed from Texas Tech. 4* CB out of Miami who also had offers from the U and Florida State.

What's with all the men hitting women stories lately? Seems like it's happened a lot with football players. POS.

Some women like to put themselves in a position of a man, meaning they will talk mad shite right in your grill, make insults, cuss you like a dog, act all aggressive towards you and your personal space like they are going to attack, etc, all because "you can't hit a woman".

Some men are just tPOS who like to beat on women for a variety of psychological reasons.

The Tech fan reaction was pretty fun to watch.

Preliminary report: "Maybe she hit him first."

Girl's face is broken: "I think she hit him first, she was asking for it. Women's lib my arse."

Tech players take to Twitter: "She definitely hit him first, Bethel will be fine."

Bethel dismissed from team: "Kingsbury is such a great coach, way to keep these hooligans off the team!"

I honestly believe that Collins, Williams, and Marshall will all get 100+ yards on the ground.

Here are a few comments from Tech Fans:

quote:

I love the comments about A&M having better players. That might be (is) true in the trenches, but not skill production players.

Besides, the more important issue is Arky having better players, and they don't.

It will be fun taking them to the woodshed.

The most interesting thing about this game to me will be watching Mahomes in the 4th quarter when we're up 45-13.

It will be exciting to expose the SEC. Cant wait to see the freshman getting their first significant time against a big school.

Yeah I don't get that either, a quick glance at the recruiting rankings shows that we've had better classes the past couple years. Bielema's first class was 23rd, Kingsbury's was 46th.

We could very well lose by a mile, but I just don't see it. If our offense doesn't completely shite the bed it'll be competitive. If our offense plays well, it should be a comfy win.

I don't support punching women in the face or anywhere else, but I do wonder how much the transition to higher altitude played into this alleged assault.

Just sayin. The body and brain is documented to react strangely to that shite.

He donkey punched her due to the altitude.

Sea level and it would have just been a rabbit punch.

Exactly. Or probably just a stern talkin to, instead. More than likely. Maybe.

Man. I wonder how many Arkansas women might return to Fayetteville with black eyes and dislocated jaws due to this altitude phenomenon.

HOpefuly none.

Scary shite.
