Or I'll put them in a cast iron skillet and sear them them put in oven @450 for about 8 min once again depending on thickness

I got 6 whiting and one pompano I want to cook tonight. What should I do? We baked some drum in tin foil the other night and it turned out well, bt don't know how well the smaller fish would hold up to that. Thinking about pan frying them as well. don't have access to a grill at the moment, and don't want to fry them.

I'd probably go the pan frying route vs baking them. Just personal preference though.

thats what i'm leaning towards, but problem is the skillet can probably only cook two fish at a time. I might bake 4 and pan fry 3 or something.

Other options beside skillet. Deep wall pot. fry daddy etc

I built two stick burners, one for my dad (fathers day) and one for me. I also have a tailgate grill, 5 burner gas grill (with a natural gas line), and a Bubba Keg. I have issues.



First brisket on the stick burner. Look at that bark and smoke ring.

I was in Clearwater the past week. They know nothing about BBQ there so I had to do the best I could with gas.
