Looks really, really good. How'd you end up cooking it?

Seared it on Akorn then finished it off on the cool side of the Weber. Cooked to an internal temp of 110, then let rest for 15 - 20 min and sliced.

I can't believe I've never had this before. I will be doing this again in the near future. Inexpensive cut too, only cost $23

Yea, it's a good inexpensive piece of meat. Comes from the rear of the cow, just in front and below the Round.

Yea, I know where it's from, just don't know why I've never tried it before.

May add this one to the tailgate list.

You ever went about 4 days without busting a nut? It was very similar.

Trying wings out again today but with better sauce this time. I didn't like the Kroger sauce very much last time.

Is that any good? Is it drinkable? How cheap? Catered my whole wedding on 2 buck chuck.

Its drinkable.

I usually create a 6 pack of good brews for around $10 and then grab the $3 deal too.

Sunday supper ... creole smothered chicken and oven roasted corn. All veggies grown at the farm. Drumsticks from a friend's free range birds.

21 days smoke free. Instead of dip ive fallen back on nic gum, which you chew and dip, essentially.

First pack of nic gum was from walgreens, worked great. Second pack from walgreens didnt work, thought i was just a fiend but after 2 days got nicorette from kroger and within 5 minutes felt normal again.

The cheaper shite from walgreens worked until it didnt work, if you know what i mean.

I wouldnt bother with the brain med shite.

I'm not committed enough to do anything. With football season coming up I tend to drink more. More I drink more I smoke. Then there's cigars.
