Doing the mahi on the Akorn, just fired it up. Think I'm going to put em on at about 500 and give Em a good sear

Yessir. It's what I take to tailgates, I want to get the kinks out before the season starts. So far so good. I actually prefer my chicken on the weber. Seems like I can keep em juicier on it for some reason. Could just be in my head too.
