Yeah we used to have what we called a doctors fee. If a guy was a prick or thought he could tell us our job or what ever the case we tacked on percentages to everything. If we got there and you were real cool and we were in a good mood you got the friends and family rate.

When it came to new construction it was a lil more straight forward.
