Sumlin inherited a stacked roster with first rounders on the O line and a once in a generation player at quarterback. Bielema didn't have that luxury.

Sumlin won 9 games with the worst BCS defense in the country. Nobody else ranked below 100 in total defense had more than 5 wins.

Get that shite out of here.

Delusion is pretending that one year holds more significance than seven.

You know what a resume is. Bielema's is better than Sumlin's by a mile.

And I'm sure that impressed every coach in the west as they ran a train on him last season.

Again, nobody cares what he did in the Big 10.

Bingo.
Why anyone even reads that guy's stuff, much less responds to it, is a head scratcher.

Bielema was objectively outperformed by John L. Smith. That one year was a legendary kind of awful

If fricking Bill Belichick came from the NFL before last year to coach us we wouldn't have done much better with that roster

But yeah let's judge his one year here and ignore everything else

That's the only thing that fits their narrative. If you say Sumlin has never won a conference title, they just say the Big 10 sucks.

Maybe if Bert took care of himself and didn't resemble y'all's mascot, he'd get more respect.

Our best receiving threat was a freshman TE. We started two true freshman on the OL. Our QB was hurt most of the year and when he wasn't hurt he wasn't good. We had the worst back 7 on defense that we've had since we joined the SEC.

Tell me how a coach would have made a difference in that
