I don't care if you call it a monkey orgy as long as the end result is the same.

They can incorporate, but why should they have to? Why can't one incorporate, and the other work for a big conglomerate with great benefits? And then get his partner on their plan?

End result is not the same.

Exactly, and I don't think Alahunter would disagree. I could be wrong.

I'll refer you back to the "as long as the end result is the same" portion of my post.

A perfect example? That wasn't perfect.

He was pretty clear about his feelings on the taxes part. At one point called it welfare for the married. At least the motherfricker is consistent with his government out of everything viewpoint.

It was an example of economic freedom not possible without being married.

Stick by your convictions, even when you're dead wrong. Or if you're a politician, especially when you're dead wrong.

He's right about it being welfare for the married.

Why does government get to define marriage? Why is government involved at all? Why does our government discriminate on the basis of marital status? Marriage should be purely a ceremony, the domain of the church. If two people want to get married, all they have to do is say they're married. The government should have no input nor should the government care.
