LSU 06, made the Final Four (men's and womens) and won the Sugar Bowl.
Only bad thing about that year is we sucked in baseball

Ironically for Georgia, (and Hilariously for us)- the 2006-2007 year is also Florida's best and if we're looking at what are the truly major sports- the best ever for any program SEC or otherwise- National Championships in Football and Men's Hoops (Seriously from 2006 through 2008 Florida won 2 titles in Each sport, plus a Heisman).

What about other sports at USC in either of those years to boost one over the other. Equestrian maybe?
This past academic year our football team finished with it's highest ranking (4th)
Equestrian won the SEC
WBB won the SEC
We'll see what our baseball team does, they're slumping now, hopefully can pick it up before it's too late.

2007 was a good year, but not the best overall

All impressive years but no Big 4 sports data. Where did UGA finish in CFB, MCBB, WCBB, and baseball in those 3 years?

The years kind of run together, but I'm pretty sure 2010-2011 was a strong one from A&M. Football won a share of the Big 12 South. Basketball made it to round 2 of the big dance. Women's won the ship. Baseball made CWS. And of course track (M&W) won national titles.
Edit:
10-11 final rankings
Football: #19
W Soccer:#16
Basketball: RV
W Basketball: #1
Baseball: #7
Softball: Supers, can't find final ranking.
M Outdoor T&F: #1
W Outdoor T&F: #1

Shaq years? What was the name of that kid from Columbia (Lower Richland/Hopkins), SC that played for y'all around that time. Was it Stanley Roberts? Were Roberts and Shaq there at the same time?

2001:
Football 8-4
Baseball 49-19 SEC Champs, CWS Appearance
M Basketball 21-9 NCAAT Appearance
W Basketball 19-11 NCAAT Appearance
2005:
Football 10-3 SEC Champs, Sugar Bowl Champs
Baseball 30-25
M Basketball 15-15
W Basketball 23-9 Sweet 16 Appearance
2008:
Football 10-3
Baseball 45-25 SEC Champs, CWS Runner-Up
M Basketball 12-20
W Basketball 18-14 NCAAT Appearance
Couple this with the national titles in these years, and I'd say 2001 or 2008 was our best year.
