Meh, not a big deal. Can easily be painted over. How would someone get access, your gates aren't locked?
When I was in HS, the week before we played one of our biggest rivals me and some buddies drove over to their stadium at like 3 in the morning and accessed their field. We wanted to do a FSU "sod cemetary" sort of thing, so we dug up a chunk of the field about 5'x5'. It was pretty funny watching the game that Friday from the stands and seeing a mismatched patch of sod in that spot.
