Pope and Matthews were not suspended. They were stupid not to appear in court, but it's just like parking tickets or something.
Stansbury was initially suspended, but more and more people are convinced that the charges are bogus and a case of mistaken identity. He has already been reinstated to the team, pending further developments. So, let recap A&M's arrests this offseason:
1) Smoking Dope - Golden
2) Noise violation - Claiborne
3) Drunk - Hill
4) Cussing at a cop - RSJ
5) failure to appear at traffic court - Matthews
6) failure to appear at traffic court - Pope
7) assault - Stansbury
The only even mildly serious charges are 1, 4, and 7. Both 4 and 7 have the smell of charges that are going to be thrown out.
