The mess Dave Hart had to clean up at Tennessee was unbelievable hard. People that were so entrenched in that program from the days of a Womens AD program and a Men's AD. So many ex coaches on payroll, personnel from the better years just collecting pay checks. I don't pretend to know UT athletics and the coaching decisions but as far as cleaning up the program Dave Hart has been a great hire.
