He did...I'm sure people who don't fail out leave schools for CC's before going to a school like USM

quote:

Of course, he had already begun picking in high school, but he played enough at Auburn to change his college priorities. “He flunked out,” Jimmy’s father said beaming, but his mother amended: “He was on academic probation when he left.”

aka that's where he became who he was

He might have. All I know is that I have heard him say he started playing guitar when he was at Auburn. No Auburn, no Jimmy Buffet.

If you want to know the true answer to this:

Which SEC team has the best crop of all-time top athletes?

You have to take out your criteria.

Oh, internet bad-arse.. Why the frick even have an account if you're going to call out a quality thread and attempt to belittle those that use this forum how it's meant to be used?

I think you're probably just a dude with dick envy living a shitty life, hence you sit behind a computer screen trying to play the "my life is great, your life sucks" card. You can tell a lot about the lives of others by how they act in anonymity, we might not know who you are, but we know your life is probably shitty.

I'll have to respectfully challenge you on that. Look up Jim Thorpe's achievements. Trumps Bo Jackson by a 100 miles. But I'm guessing that's just a slight homer pick with a good amount of evidence to back it up. So no harm no foul. both are amazing and insane athletes.
