Not a big hockey guy and haven't read back. Watched the hit. My initial reaction is that that was cheap as hell and dirty. He took his head and put it through the boards. You're not allowed to do that anymore are you? Seems dirty as hell to me. Makes me long for the days of Twist. I would send him out and continue pounding Seabrook even after he's knocked out.

If you really think he was trying to concuss Backes, you're an a-hole. The rules aren't there to stop rough play, they're there to stop concussions. He was and likely will be punished for concussing Backes through his actions.

Congrats on the 2-0, that's a solid lead coming into Chicago. Hawks will pull it out, but if they don't I'd hate to know we lost to a team that didn't win, since we both know the Blues have no shot at ever winning a cup.

Seabrook didn't go out there to frick Backes up. Every one of your little fruit bag Blues will be out there for heads next game. Hope they don't let their temper and anger get in the way. They've got a 2-0 lead on a more talented team, emotion can ruin that.
