If he goes to the SEC, I would prefer to see him go to Missouri.
I would still be surprised if he committed very soon though.

And just to be clear, the part I just couldn't get myself to believe was that he would commit this early. Happy to hear Mizzou is out in front with Beckner, but there is a ton of time between now and when he ultimately decides.

Like him or not, Cusumano is pretty tied into the high school scene in St. Louis area.

Numbers don't lie. Check the score board. Dude will take anywhere from 2* to 5* and turn them into All Americans and first round picks.

I don't know how you even begin to start ranking these guys, but out of curiousity I looked at the last first round picks for the last 5 years. Got tired. Got bored. Quit after that. Couldn't even tell you if the same coach has been coaching the DLine at these schools for the entire 5 years. I know Coach Kul has. Anyways, a ton of schools with one defensive lineman picked so not listing them. Those with more than 1:
Mizzou: 3
UNC: 3
LSU: 2
Cal: 2
PSU: 2

I'm sure it's not a place I'd want to just walk the streets at 1 a.m. but so are a lot of places. I've played countless games over there and never had a problem. Been to a bar or 2 there as well.
