Not saying you're wrong and they may very well be friends because it's a small world in the football community, but Adoree and Beckner never went to the same school. Didn't live in the same city. Jackson attended one year at Belleville East in Belleville Illinois before moving to California. I don't know if Beckner would have even been in high school during that year. While not separated by a ton of miles the environment and areas they grew up in couldn't be further apart.
I think SC's biggest strength is, well the fact it's SC (and all that goes with that on a visit out there). But you're right, whoever Beckner chooses is going to get one heck of a talent.

Weighed in at 293 at Mizzou today. Isn't that bigger than where he's been listed in the past? I thought he'd always been around the 260-270 mark.

He's listed at 260-270 at the recruiting sites. Sounds like he's headed to playing DT.

Coach Kul is the best defensive line coach in the country. Just because you don't know anything other than what ESPN feeds you doesn't change that.
