The Braves called up infielder Phil Gosselin from Triple-A Gwinnett Saturday.
The moves comes after the team sent infielder Tyler Pastornicky down following Friday’s game.
Gosselin has appeared in 96 games for the G-Braves this season. He has a .344 average with 31 RBIs and five home runs.

Following a rash of unfortunate injuries in their infield, the Giants called up second baseman Dan Uggla from Class AAA last week. On Sunday, he had one of those very bad moments that every athlete a) has to have a short memory about b) will be reminded of forever.
