I think it's after his HS season but he keeps moving it up. Originally was gonna wait until NSD. Wouldn't surprise me if he did something before the season. jmo

I would still say OSU is in the drivers seat. UT visit is too fresh on his mind. Seems like a kid that's in love with where ever his last visit was IMO.

Just read that Tennessee, Auburn, and LSU round out his top 3.

It is your memory, or lack of knowledge, that is faulty.

From Florida Rivals ...
quote:

Over the past week the 6-foot-4, 195-pounder visited Oklahoma, LSU, Auburn, Clemson, Tennessee and Florida. He admitted that some visits stuck out more than others.

"Tennessee, Auburn, and Clemson in that order" admitted Gibson.

TN: Crazy fans, crazy staff; young, tremendous team; Butch recruiting well; believes in Butch's plan.
AU: Lashlee and the "spread offense" that we run.
CU: Great staff and they showed him a good time.

Ohio State will be there in the end. He is still scheduled to trip up there and Urban will have a sells pitch lined up. He's not going to go to a team that doesn't run a Spread. He has too many people in his ear about that.

Personally, I don't think the kid is a QB, unless he plays in a system like AU ran last year, or he goes to tOSU and plays in the Big 10.

Agree. Butch and staff are good, but the kid doesn't stand a chance of resisting Urban's wiles and what he can offer, including a great offense for his skills.

Well that must be a recent development. Can you give me a Link? I just want to check it out. Still think Ohio State will be a major factor in his recruitment.

Not a lot. It is way too early with McFadden. He plays it close to the vest, and he has been visiting schools, so more will come out as his recruitment progresses.

Interview with Gibson from today where he talks about his top schools and visits so far. Said his favorite thing about the visits was VOLS fanbase.

OSU insiders have said OSU has fallen, but that is 100% due to the fact that he hasn't visited. His favorites as of now are schools he has been able to get to. Until he goes to OSU, they can't be a favorite

He was talking about y'all's fans on twitter not on the visit. He's asking for it if he wants all that.

Vols fans are by far the worst on twitter. Constantly tweeting every single kid with an offer
