Okay. I'm not going to submit the "myth". They wouldn't use it anyway......... as it could lead people to start questioning why the public school system in america is designed to program and hypnotize people into never ever questioning conventional wisdom or authority, no matter how nonsensical it sounds.

Think about it. Millions of americans are jamming beer cans up chicken's asses and then when they are done cooking them, they pour the same amount of beer out that was in there to begin with............and yet they think that somehow the beer magically infused itself into an entire chicken!?!?!?! Huh????? What??? Are you fricking kidding me???

And, of course, if people start kicking themselves for believing something as obviously stupid and wrong as that........well, then they may start questioning OTHER obvious lies.......and then one day we might have true Freedom............and they won't EVER allow that, so we are probably going to be killed by predator drones this weekend for even having this discussion. Sorry if I have put you in danger Counselor.

And every minute Litigator squats in the bush, he gets stronger......

I'm not in the competition - just wanted to share this. Saturday I used my Weber GRILL to grill/smoke the best ribs that I have ever cooked. The main points: I bought three racks of St Louis style ribs. Remove the membrane and apply the rub to sit overnight. My Weber grill has 3 burners – I preheated the grill, then only kept the right burner on low (the other two burners were off). This kept the temp at 225 degrees. I put a tin filled with water on top of the burners under the ribs on the left side of the grill away from the active burner. Do not flip the ribs – ever. Place 4 oz of wood chips in a small tin and sit on top of the active burner. Once these chips turn to ashes, repeat with 4 more oz. of chips. For three racks of St Louis ribs, I ran the grill for SIX HOURS straight at 225 degrees. Then, coat with your BBQ sauce (both sides) sear the BBQ in very carefully (don’t burn it). You are done! At 225 degrees at 6 hours, they never dry out.

I’m sure there are better ways to do ribs, but this was the easiest by far. It was also the best I’ve ever done – and I’ve smoked them, baked them, and even smoked/baked them too.

This shite is about to get real.

When it's all said and done, there will be more questions than answers.

I feel like it might all come down to presentation........

Maybe someone will present their finished product on a red plate....which confuses the eye........and obscures the rib smoke-ring.......

And maybe someone else will lay the finished product on a silver platter with parsley garnishment........next to some guns...in obscure calibers.

I dont know. Whatever.

The cars are on the track. The horses are nearing the starting gate. It won't be long now until the fireworks begin.

Interesting idea, but that wouldn't fit into the new format. See, the way that HG3MF Enrollment Qualifying is going to work this season is...........Oops. Nevermind. I've said too much.
