"Silent commits"?
If that is what you are referring to, probably 6 or 7. Most kids that sign with UF or any school were "silents" at one time. UF will take 25ish this yr.

In regards to Williams, UF hasn't been in consistent contact with him for a few months now. Pretty sure this was a mutual parting of ways.

Just hope this doesn't have a snowball affect. I think if we get McCloud to commit that will have a huge impact on several other recruits.

Pretty simple. Only kids UF is going to get right now are the ones that actually like UF. Ones that are on the fence aren't going to pick UF right now, because other programs are in their ear about the HC's job, etc. Only thing that can stop that is winning football games, and right now, there's no football games being played.

I think most sane people aren't panicking yet... but looking to the future, if this is a bad year on the field.... the recruiting is going to be.... not like what we've come to expect. And that's putting it lightly.

His parents didn't seem happy at all with this turn of events. His recruitment will be interesting to follow. It's far from over. IMO

Based on things I've heard, it's likely over on UF's end.
He may still take visits, but I think UF's off the table.
