We are already after Godwin as a WR:

quote:

After the game, Terry got some one-on-one time with Alabama coach Nick Saban, who had some information he wanted to sahe.
“Coach Saban asked ‘Do you see how we try to get Amari Cooper the ball 10 times or more in one game? That’s how we’re going to use you,” said Terry, who explained that Alabama wants him as a slot receiver.
“I was like ‘That’s great. I want to play both outside and inside (spots at wide receiver.’ Coach Saban said ‘Oh, well then we can make that happen.’ On the second visit I went to, (Saban) said ‘I see you’re getting a little taller and bigger, with more muscle on you. So we probably could use you on the outside and the inside.’ So I liked hearing that.”

Ah, awesome. He and Ridley would be a great WR pull after losing Cooper/White/Jones.

Kiffin would have a field day calling plays for them.

Apparently we are trying to get him on campus for an OV. Maybe if we actually, umm, I don't know, threw the ball to the tight end, we might have a chance.

Great, now all that is left is Godwin to flip. I called this like months ago.

Side note: Roundtree is announcing Nov. 7th. He hasn't showed up to Athens for a game this year. Some think he may be headed to Duke.

Could Ronnie Harrison be UGA's backup plan?

Don't wanna lose Ronnie. We don't need him, but I think he's gonna be really good.

I saw where Ronnie was hanging out with Derrick Henry a little bit while he was on his Georgia visit. Hopefully he doesn't flip

I don't think he's a backup plan. I just think Pruitt is leaving no stone unturned trying to upgrade the talent level in the UGA secondary.

Luke Stampini from Gators247 site thinks that Bama leads for Isaiah Prince.

Isaiah Prince did say that the outcome of the game has no effect on his decision. He thought that UF did well on offense

Pruitt had started a relationship and according to Ronnie was getting ready to offer him a scholly to FSU. So I doubt he is a backup plan, he is probably a priority guy, especially following the flip of Rico.

UGA's secondary needs all of the above, IMO, and I'm sure Pruitt knows this better than we do.

No doubt. UGA is still heavily recruiting Donte Jackson, Tarvarus McFadden, Rashad Roundtree, Ronnie Harrison, Rico McGraw, Micah Abernathy, Montavious Atkinson, and Tim Irvin. Probably others too. I wouldn't describe any of them as backup plans. It's more just aggressively recruiting all the big DBs in the southeast and seeing what you come up with.

He said to follow the visits. The writer claims McMillon is visiting for the third game in a row on Saturday. I know he visited for their Memphis game, but I didn't know that he visited for the ULL game
