I would tend to agree with you except the fact that he is going to be a one and done and not 3-4.

Growing into a defensive tackle in college is not out of the question for CeCe Jefferson. Yet, right now, he's a 5-star defensive end prospect.
Jefferson, who is 6'2" and 250 pounds, is an explosive player who also has good strength. He does a solid job of setting the edge versus the run, plus he has the range to pursue running backs across the box. As a pass-rusher, he jumps on top of offensive tackles at the snap with a quick burst.
Jefferson squeezes to the passer well, and he shows a good surge to finish. It would be surprising if he didn't sign with Florida.

Ohio State defensive line coach Larry Johnson is currently at Freedom High School.
Campbell is a 4-star prospect in the 247Sports rankings. He is the country's No. 116 prospect, the No. 7 strong-side defensive end, and the No. 4 prospect in the Virginia class of 2016.
