Kinda shocked here... CPJ gave Myles Austin his release to play anywhere...If he gets by clearinghouse he'll still have to sit till '15...

I don't think so. He was released from his LOI. He wasn't enrolled yet so he doesn't need to follow transfer rules

According to NOLA Sports Google reports that Chigbu chose UGA. I can't find a writeup.
