Sorry, missed this in all the delusional Nick Marshall dick sucking that went on in the next few posts.
Deontai is a solid S prospect, underrated player on a LOADED defense. Big safety at 6'1" and 180 right now, very instinctual and a big hitter. Good tackler, but needs to wrap up and work on his tackling form some. Solid ball skills and has good overall speed with very good closing speed. Definitely needs to work on his coverage ability, especially in man-to-man.
He reminds me of Greg Blue.

It's my understanding that since he signed a LOI at GT & "if" he's given the OK from the clearinghouse he's technically committed to gt & is bound by NCAA rules concerning transferring etc... GT could block him going to UGA, another ACC team etc.....
If the clearinghouse turns him down he'll have to go JUCO.....

Looks like UGA staffer Brandenburg is pretty confident about the announcement tonight. Just tweeted something along the lines of looking for some good Cajun food in Athens cause he is in the Louisiana state of mind today #Fam15. that's a pretty good one.
