Any receivers we're in on to explain why we cooled on Pettway? I know Campbell narrowed his list down to three and we aren't one, and Lodge's chances of recommitting are really, really tiny.
For the record, I'm not one of those people that thinks just because a guy decommits, it means we cooled on him. Arkansas would have landed him regardless if we did or not. I have just been reading for awhile we were kind've pushing him out.

WR just isnt a big need in this class. We have small numbers and are in great shape with some big time WR's in next year's class. He has mentioned that we dont talk to him much anymore so you arent wrong in assuming the decommittment could mean we cooled on him, but I dont think we pushed him out to make room for a better WR.

I think Pettway committed to us before we got Stringfellow to transfer, so I look at it as a Pettway for Stringfellow trade that upgraded the position.

LaBruce has all the tools needed to be a great wideout: he takes advantage of opportunities, can drive no matter the circumstance and he could handcuff corners as he knows a thing or two about that subject.
