Also, numbers alone don't tell the whole story. I don't think you understand how decimated Florida was last year. 2012 and 2013 Alabama didn't suffer nearly as much adversity as 2013 Florida, nor did they play as tough of a schedule.
So you are using the hypothetical context of "if UF's D was healthy" to prove your point? Sorry if I don't but it.

Alabama and Florida didn't play the same caliber of schedule,
Don't act like there was the big of a difference between UF's schedule and Alabama's, because there wasnt.

They played Florida State and Georgia off the top of my head.
We did not.
We did not.

Georgia was not good last year.

Florida State
We played Auburn, who lost in the last seconds to FSU, I would call that a draw.

The only reason I must resort to the hypothetical is because Alabama and Florida did not get dealt the same hand. Also, Georgia still had a potent offense last season. Did you see what a healthier Georgia did versus LSU and Auburn last season?
You cannot neglect the injuries and Florida's offensive ineptitude and get a less biased answer. I'm an Alabama fan, but I can consider the other factors that played into Florida's numbers the past 2 seasons.
You're focusing on 2013. How about 2012? I think you'd have a harder time there considering how close Florida and Alabama were in several defensive rankings. 2012 Florida played 5 Top 15 teams in the regular season. Alabama played 2 (3 if you include Georgia). It's not fair to compare the results versus common opponents though since Florida got Texas A&M and LSU before they found their identity, but those games give you a clue of Florida's potential. 2012 Florida's offense wasn't great either.

We're talking about offense.

FSU was five spots higher. I wouldn't call that equal. 18 yards isn't much of a difference, but then you look at Scoring Offense.

FSU has 12 points on Auburn.
FSU's offense was better. How big was the difference? Not huge.

FSU didnt play near the schedule Auburn did.

Agreeing with Funky. It is a whole lot easier to hang points on Boston College and Pitt than it is LSU, UGA, Bama.
I can't believe you are making me defend Auburn's offensive production
