The only one really missing from the prospect list is Jalen Bates. I wonder if things have fizzled with him.

I bet Mullen posted some passive aggressive facebook statuses after that.

Just created a Tinder account...thought it would be fun to look around!

He isn't doing bad considering it's his first fall camp. He will likely RS this year. Mike Hilton said he was very impressed with how quickly he is picking it up.

Yet to be seen.

They are down 2 CBs for the season already -- likely have a third suspended for the opener -- and Kailo still isn't on the 3-deep and was jumped by a trFR as expected...

Not that it matters, but it was a 2-deep and Davis would not have made the depth chart. And Hilton moved back to CB to replace the injured Tee, so that injury doesn't count either in regards to Kailo depth chart spot. If a 3-deep was release, Kailo would be listed. If Tee didn't get hurt, Kailo would still be listed. If Jones wasn't suspended, Kailo would still be listed.

But arguing about 3rd string is pointless. I'm interested to see if Kailo can get some game time early this season and flip that switch. Some guys are average in practice and great on the field. And some are elite in practice and awful in game.(Spurlock at QB).

One thing is for sure, he has a ways to climb to get in the 2-deep at CB. I think if the switch doesn't flip at learning CB soon, we should move him to just return man and if he gets some confidence move him back to his offensive role.

Would definitely hate to see that elite of speed go unused.

So, what you are saying is that Kailo is not in the top 22 but probably in the top 33 of the 40 or so defensive guys that you have on scholarship.

Listing 5 corners = "3 deep"

He was listed on your post-spring depth chart right here.

I don't think Kailo will ever play beyond special teams and mop up duty.
