Isn't he shaky though? I know he just committed but his recruitment is far from over

Makes me wonder what Gus is telling these top WR's. We run so much, but Gus seems like he wants to air it out more.

I'm not sure why you say that. He has said he wanted to commit this summer since around March.

Of course it is far from over. He doesn't sign for over a year and a half.

Na. That's just the negabarner in you. Teams will hound him but i like our chances expecially since he wants to go OOS and after Sammie and Duke put up a monster year Nate can think of himself as the face of AU WR recruiting if he wants.

We essentially have two years to maintain this kids commitment. All I can say is, there will be blood

We ran the ball 68% of the time last year and only averaged 74 plays per game. In 2016 the ratio will likely be closer to 60%/40% and we should play much faster at 80+ plays a game. If all that holds true then you're looking at 32 pass attempts a game. That should be plenty of balls to get WRs some numbers.

I mean hell, if Marshall had passed for a decent completion %, I think he would have passed for like 2500 yards. Thats pretty damn good for not throwing the ball

There will be much less 'Auburn doesn't throw the ball' talk once the season gets started.

Well yeah, but I'd rather have his commitment than not

Do we want Francois if it hurts our chances with Pass or another top QB next year?

Shouldn't have no effect. Francois is in 15 class those guys are 2016 class. We lose NM and theres some chatter of Jonothon Wallace transferring so our depth should look pretty good to a 2016 recruit.

I think Pass would have to consider depth if we bring Francois in. Wallace and JJ don't really factor in to Pass' decision, regardless. White, Queen, and Francois would, though.

Pass should end up a 5* and one of the top dual threat guys in 16' He shouldnt be afraid of competion.

I see what you're saying though and I don't want to take anyone if we miss on Francois

I agree with you, he's a once-a-decade kind of football player in terms of skill set. I like Francois a lot but is he a take at the risk of adding a con to Pass' list.

I'm not so sure.

I dunno, but Francois is headed to FSU anyway IMO. We have to worry about the coaches taking Lamar Jackson if that happesn
