Garrett definitely has the frame to add another 25 pounds and get into that Rey M, Vontaze Burfict, Brandon Spikes range, all guys who ran slower than 4.7.
Some guys just jump off the tape with the way they create violent collisions and drive people backwards. Garrett is definitely one of those guys.
