Thanks for this. Some of my brethren need to be brought back to Earth on occasion.

Jordan Lynch and Jameis Winston should be 1 and 2

It will be a true travesty if Tre' Mason is not included.

Mason had 140 more yards than JHill on 60 more carries. How is he Heisman worthy?

He shouldn't be there for that. Winning is a TEAM accomplishment.

Yeah, but how frequently do Heisman voters fill out their ballots for the reasons they should be filling them out for?

Rick I don't know if you've been around the past 5 or so years but it seems the Heisman voting has changed.

No it hasn't. Outside of Ingram winning, the most outstanding player has won.

So I guess Williams is the BC back and Lynch is NIU stat QB.

I'm glad they invited Mason and McCarron even though Winston might set a record for first place votes.

WTF is a "system running back"

Apparently someone that doesn't play for "your" team, much like a "system quarterback" or a "game manager"

I mean no disrespect to tre mason, but he isn't even in the top three for SEC running backs. Davis, hill, and yeldon were better

Actually, it's much more simple than that. Anyone who garners any consideration for anything at all who doesn't play for your team is "overrated" to some degree, varying from "He'll be an NFL bust," to "Most overrated player in the SEC history."

Usually, the worse he spanks your team, the more overrated he is, as a general rule of thumb.

I an so happy that Jordan Lynch got an invite. The things he could have done if he wasn't a 2 star coming out of high school.

Career stats (was starter for 2012 & 2013, played sparingling the other 2 years)
489 of 789 for 5993 yards. 60 TD, 13 INT
644 rushes for 4304 yards. 6.7YD/attempt, 47 TD

Broke the single game QB rushing record with 316 yards and then did it again with 321. Broke the single season rushing record for a QB in 2012 and then again in 2013. Most 100 yard rushing games by a QB in a season, 12 in 2012.
